On her wedding day, a bride runs off with a man from an enemy clan. The bridegroom hunts them and both men are killed. The bride and the bridegroom’s mother are left face-to-face in a mystery of passion and death. The Bonstelle production is directed by Dr. Mel M. Slott of the University Theatre staff. Sets are by Russell Smith and costumes by Janice Snodgrass. “Blood Wedding” will be the fifth play on the Bonstelle schedule this year. “A Thurber Carnival” by James Thurber will be the last production of the season, opening May 12.
